COPACABANA AND

THE ISLAND OF THE SUN (2 Days)

Brief description of the tour with a night in Copacabana (Shared Tour)

DAY 1

The journey starts at 8:00 a.m. from La Paz.

Upon arrival in Copacabana, we orient ourselves with a walk a around the beach and then

have lunch at the hotel restaurant. In the affernoon, we will visit the "Basilica of Copacabana",

the artesanal market, the "Horca del Inca" (Incan gallows), the Calvario (Calvary) and others.

We spend the night in Copacabana.

DAY 2

After breakfast at 08:20 am, we start the journey by boat towards the Isla del Sol (east side,

Yumani). Upon arrival After we will take a walk and visit the Fuente del Inca (Inca Fountain), the

Escalinata del Inca (Inca Staircase) and the Temple of Pilcocaina. During the tour, we will be

Table to observe Tacanas (Incan agricultural terraces) and enjoy scenic views of Lake Titicaca

and the Cordillera Real. We return to Copacabana for lunch.

At 13:30, we travel back to La Paz or connect to Puno (Peru)

This tour includes:

- Touristic Transport service from La Paz to Copacabana (3 ? hours)

- Transport in boat from Copacabana to Island of the sun (1 hour)

- Touristic transport from Copacabana to La Paz o Puno.

- All meals during the tour (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

- 1 night in a 2 stars hotel (Utama or similar)

Recommendations:

Don"t forget to take comfortable shoes for hiking, sun glasses, cap/hat, and casual cloth (according the weather). It"s also important to take your documents, because there is police control in Tiquina.
